Does submitting an enquiry commit me to anything?
No. Enquiries are not binding commitments. Project scope, pricing and availability are reviewed and confirmed separately before any agreement is made.
How long does it take to get a response?
Enquiries are reviewed and responded to by email. Response times depend on current project load and enquiry volume.
Can EchoReel Studios work with footage I already have?
Yes — editing-only enquiries are welcome. Editing scope depends on footage quality, format and the edit requirements agreed during brief review.
